On October 10, 2015 the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton class met at Alemany High School, Mission Hills. This is the last of six classes in a row prior to a weekend without a class or retreat. Our next class would be October 24th, but we are leaving for a family event on the 18th and won’t be back until the 25th. On October 2nd through the 4th ,2015 the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton class spent weekend retreat at the Holy Spirit Retreat Center in Encino. We experienced a wonderful retreat from Sister Regina Robbins, SND. The retreat was themed “Transfiguration to Transformation Retreat for Rite of Acolyte.” Sister had a wonderful style which included some of her life experiences with a smattering of humor now and then. This class was held at St. Louis of France in La Puente. Our next class will be a weekend retreat at the Holy Spirit Retreat Center in Encino. On Saturday, June 6, 2015, we assisted in the Offertory Procession as part of this year’s Diaconate Ordination.
