Overview

Holy Family is a welcoming community. Following the example of Jesus Christ who welcomed saints and sinners, all are welcome at Holy Family Church to join us in prayer and to participate in our many ministries. We respect all other beliefs and are comfortable with varied life orientations.

Holy Family is a Catholic community. Holy Family is proud of its Roman Catholic affiliation and savors this heritage of dedication to Gospel values in all aspects of life.

Holy Family is a Eucharistic community. The heart of Holy Family’s life is the Eucharist. In the Eucharist, we are bound together as one body in prayer and action.

Holy Family is a community. While our size precludes the possibility of everyone knowing everyone else, we are one in spirit, in dedication to one another, and in outreach.

Holy Family is a community of disciples. As disciples, we are called to embrace our faith with enthusiasm and to share it freely with others.

Holy Family connects faith with life. Holy Family strives to make our faith a living reality in the everyday life of our parishioners. This means reflecting Gospel values in all facets of life: personal, familial, social, and civic. No part of our lives should remain untouched by Christ’s message.

Holy Family reaches out to those in need. In accord with Christ’s statement, “Whatsoever you do to the least of my people, that you do unto me,” Holy Family reaches out to the less fortunate locally, in the broader community of Los Angeles, and even internationally.
