Purpose of Position
The Holy Family 9:30 a.m. Choir leads the assembly in participation in the liturgy at 9:30 a.m. Mass each Sunday of the year. The repertoire includes chant, Renaissance, gospel, seasonal, traditional and contemporary music. All who enjoy singing are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly choir rehearsal to prepare for the Sunday liturgy and special events.
• Gather at 8:45 a.m. Sunday morning for warm-up and to briefly review the music for the day.

Skills Needed

• Good musical ear
• Willingness to commit to liturgical service
• Desire for artistic excellence

Amount of Time Required
Thursday evening rehearsal: 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Sunday morning: 8:45 a.m.-10:45 a.m.

What to Wear
Dress in a manner that is tasteful, dignified, respectful of your ministerial role.

Length of Commitment
As long as you wish to be part of this wonderful ministry.
