Mission Statement
Holy Family, in an effort to support Life Long Faith Formation, offers a Lenten Faith Sharing Process, each year for faith sharing communities of 5-12 parishioners.
Purpose
The Paulist Evangelization Resource, Living the Eucharist, is an exciting parish-based renewal experience designed to help parishes foster spiritual growth and discipleship through a more profound experience of Sunday Mass. Living the Eucharist runs during Lent for three years, and encompasses the full scope of parish life and spirituality through practical, concrete activities and resource materials. It helps the entire parish—adults, teens, and families—grow in their faith and live as disciples of Jesus who carry out the Church’s mission every day.
Forming Groups and Meetings
Everyone is invited to join a Living the Eucharist faith-sharing group. We’re forming groups for adults and teens. The groups meet once a week during the six weeks of Lent. These 90-minute gatherings include reading, reflection, faith-sharing, prayer and ritual.
The groups are led by parishioners who are trained as facilitators, and each participant receives a booklet containing readings and commentaries. Living the Eucharist also offers a family-based Lenten activity that you can do at home with your children with the assistance of a family-friendly booklet.
