Dear Parishioners and Friends,
We are delighted to confirm that we are expanding the number of outdoor in-person Masses as well as the numbers of people who can attend!
Sunday Outdoor In-Person Masses
Starting this Sunday, November 15th, we will move the livestreamed 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. to take place outdoors and in-person under our new tent set-up in the church parking lot! There is no limit on the number of attendees and there will be no advance sign-ups. The 8 a.m. Mass will continue to be offered outside and in-person but will not be livestreamed.
For safety reasons, there will be no parking in the main Church parking lot (except for staff and volunteers who arrive early to work the Masses). Parishioners with a handicapped placard will be able to park in the Oak Street parking lot next to the Pastoral Center, which will be reserved only for handicapped folks. All others are invited to use street parking, the St. Joseph Center or the high school parking lots.
Communion Distribution Procession Change of Time
We will continue to offer the distribution of communion to people driving through in their cars, but this will now take place after the 11:15 a.m. Mass from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Church parking lot. We ask that people attending the 11:15 a.m. Mass please exit the parking lot as soon as Mass is over to make way for the communion procession.
Funerals, Baptisms and Weddings
We will expand the number of people who can attend these liturgies to 50 people. The same restrictions for parking will apply as outlined above for Sunday Masses. Those arriving early (bridal party, family of the deceased, etc.) can park in the parking lot, but all other attendees should use street parking, the St. Joseph Center or the high school.
Thank you! We look forward to seeing you!
All the best,
Parish Life Director
