for his obedience to God. He was willing to obey God over man. We
are fortunate to live in a time and place where we do not face this
challenge, we have religious freedom. Because of this, do we have
an easier time of obeying, trusting and being faithful to God? When
Daniel is thrown into the lion’s den, God sends his angel to protect
him. Daniel was saved because he stood up for his God. Can we
live as Christians with a reputation that our faith is the greatest priority
in our life? We are in the lion’s den. Let us live the kind of life that
shuts the mouths of the lions.
Prayer
Lord, guide and protect us on our journey of discipleship.
Help us navigate through challenges in our daily lives and grow
to love and trust in you as Daniel did.
Let us be faithful to you in all that we do.
We ask this in Your name. Amen
