Perhaps we can ask ourselves today: How is my prayer life? Do I pray every day?
If prayer is as simple as ˈraising your hearts and minds to Godˉ, let this be the
day that we consciously increase the number of times we pray, perhaps to ask
for help, to praise God for his blessings, to ask God˅s blessings on those less
fortunate than we, to ask forgiveness for our failings.

RAYER
Dear ever-faithful and loving God,
Please help us to follow St. Elizabeth˅s example of prayer and devotion to You by
faithfully offering You our prayers of praise, thanksgiving and petition. Please help
us to couple our prayers with works of mercy to the poor. Help us to see Your
face in all we meet and offer to you all we do.
We praise You, we bless You, we thank You. Amen
