The gratitude I know in
my heart is a gift from
God. It is a gift that
sweetens my disposi-
tion. I constantly need
to be reminded of this
gift. And that is what

the vitality I receive

Prayer
My Lord, give me the gift of a grateful heart.
Give me the gift of remembering your many kindnesses.
