Frances has affirmed over and
over again, we must attend and
show love to the poor and
needy in our world, for in doing
so, God’s light and love shines
down on all!
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We stand in awe of the great
love that you have for us! Please
help us all to
be attentive to
the many op-
portunities we encounter where that love can be
shared—with our families, our friends, acquaintanc-
es and especially for the stranger, the lonely and the
many in the periphery of our worlds. We need to be
the living example of your abundant love! Dear
Lord, let us have faith that your constant presence in
our lives will yield miracles and may we convey to
you our deep gratitude at the time of those bless-
ings. And may we honor you by being good stew-
ards of the commandments….Your edict for what is
“good and right”.
We humbly pray in Jesus’ Name, AMEN.
