PLEASE NOTE When picking up your sacramental record, you will need to present a current photo ID. If you are out of state, and were thinking of having someone pick it up for you, we require that they be listed on the baptismal record as a parent, or godparent. If this does not work for you, please select “Send to Another Parish” and input the address of the parish that is near to you so that you can pick it up there instead. — This also works if you need the record for marriage, just have us send it to the parish that’s requesting this information.
