Donate to the food bank. Do a bagging Sunday. Support “Nuns on
the Bus”. Give school supplies to our Haiti ministry. There is so much
that can be done. During this Advent season, remember that for
peace and justice to flourish, it must first come from you, from us as a
people.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, give me
the courage to take the
first step. Let my heart
open to those who are in
need. Boost my strength
so that I may not get dis-
couraged from my humble
efforts, but let me rejoice
in them and believe that
your wisdom will guide
those who would help and support my efforts in spreading peace and
justice throughout the world. Amen.
