The Advent season
is time for families to
come together ? to
share stories and
memories; to create
new memories for
future stories.
Dear people of Holy
Family, this season
our challenge is to
reach out to those
who may need or
want a little 'extra¯
family, to truly live the All are Welcome mantra of our parish. Lay an
extra plate at the table, invite old friends or a new one to share a meal
and create a memory. Be thankful for each of our many blessings
and share those blessings with others.
Prayer
Father God ? You have blessed me with an untraditional 'family¯
which includes family and many friends. I humbly ask that you keep
me mindful of those who have not been as abundantly blessed with
the amazing people I have in my life. Please keep me mindful of
those who may be without family this advent season, that I reach out
lovingly and often. I ask this in Jesus? name. Amen.
