Faith-sharing group facilitators create a welcoming space where participants can openly explore their spiritual journeys. They listen attentively, ask thoughtful questions, and guide discussions with sensitivity to diverse experiences. Their role is not to teach or debate but to foster a spirit of trust, reflection, and mutual encouragement. By balancing structure with flexibility, they help the group stay focused while allowing the Holy Spirit to lead. A skilled facilitator ensures that every voice is heard, fostering a deeper sense of community and growth in faith.  Thank you sharing your gifts as a facilitator.

To support your journey, we will provide lesson guidelines for each chapter of selected books. These resources are designed to serve as a helpful framework for your discussions, while still allowing flexibility for your group’s unique insights and reflections.

If you need any additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Dawn Ponnet. We are here to support you every step of the way!
