seemed incidental to him at the time that significantly influenced people in his
daily life. He helps George see that the act of saving his brother from falling into
the ice on the pond not only saved his brother?s life but that his brother went on
and did some amazing things to save others. This is not unlike you or I who has
helped someone out with a financial issue or some emotional problem and that
person in turned did something very special for someone else.
Clarence shows George how his ordinary kindness to others and how he treated
them with respect influenced them to treat others with the same respect. This is
how communities such as towns like Bedford Falls and church communities like
Holy Family grow and develop into places of love and caring, welcoming all and
coming to live as Blessed Disciples.
Have a happy and Blessed Christmas and live your daily live as an example of
how John the Baptist did in pointing those you encounter to Christ.
